This is the face cops are hunting over a sickening attack which left a defenseless cat dead in Walsall.
The footage is so nasty West Mids Live are refraining from publishing it.
Officers want to question Amos Price after a dog was let loose to maul the cat in Woodlands Crescent, Pelsall.
The savage attack was captured on CCTV and reported to police and the RSPCA who have launched an investigation.
Officers have so far been unable to trace 30-year-old Price and are asking for the help of the public in locating him.
Chief Superintendent Andy Parsons, from Walsall force, said:
“This is a horrifying act of cruelty which has left us utterly disgusted.
“I’m aware of the appalling CCTV that captured this shocking behaviour which, like the rest of the community, I wholly condemn.
“I realise this is highly emotive but I’d urge people to remain calm and help us by coming forward with information on his whereabouts.”
