West Mids born TV & radio presenter Brad Baker reveals life lessons in new programme

West Mids born television and radio personality Brad Baker shares lessons from across his career in a new programme.

He speaks candidly about his relationships, life overseas; he discusses his outlook on life, his ups and downs and how he found happiness.

He shares practical lessons for people starting out and recalls life growing up in Sedgley, West Midlands.

He remembers life in the Mediterranean and reminisces about the various television and radio shows he has presented – including a station in the Canary Islands.

Brad was the youngest person ever to present on UK sports television, to date.

Blood, Sweat and Gears was a motorsports show he presented at from 16. It aired on the Extreme Sports Channel and Motors TV. The show featured all the latest from the motorcross, speedway and quad biking world.

The leapord print he wore when performing at O2 Apollo, Manchester, gets a mention. Brad performed alongside soul legend Patti LaBelle in The Great Voices Of Soul.

The programme will be broadcast on BBC WM on New Year’s Day 2019.

BBC WM is available on 95.6 FM across the West Midlands, on digital radio and online.

The programme will be available for catch-up on BBC iPlayer for 30 days after broadcast.
