Wolverhampton trial set for Brierley Hill murder
A man will go on trial in Wolverhampton charged with murdering Christopher Harm in a car-park near the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Brierley Hill.
Glen Elvin, 25, of Fern Avenue, Stanley, County Durham is alleged to have fatally stabbed Harm on Engine Lane – not far from the outer car-parks of the shopping centre.
Harm from Newcastle-Upon-Tyme, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene in the early hours of Sat October 13.
Elvin has not yet entered a plea. A trial date is set for March 2019 and he is next due at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Nov 19.
He remains remanded in custody.
